Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We dispatch every order from our Sydney studio, where your pieces are quality-checked and carefully packaged. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking confirmation once your parcel leaves us.
Some styles are pre-order; estimated delivery dates are listed on the product page.
We ship exclusively with Australia Post. For a seamless experience, we recommend downloading the AusPost app to receive real-time updates as your order makes its way to you. Please allow for transit delays beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.).

International Duties & Taxes
Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s rules. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of any additional charges.
If these charges are refused and your parcel is returned to us, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Liability
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal carrier (Australia Post or international couriers). We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once dispatched.
Cancellation Policy
We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming at checkout.
Returns
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in its original condition - unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with all original tags.
- We do not accept returns on final sale items, accessories, or gift cards.
- Returns can be refunded to your original payment method or as 110% store credit.

- Once approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return label (domestic orders only).

Processing Timeline
- Once your return parcel reaches us, please allow 3-5 business days for assessment and processing.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been issued.
- Store credit will be sent via email; refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Every piece is carefully checked before it leaves us - but if something arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch within 3 days of delivery with a brief description and clear photos to hello@hymm.au. We’ll review case-by-case and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping
- Australia: We cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns/exchanges.
- International: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is deemed faulty).
Final Sale Items
All discounted or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless the item is faulty or misrepresented.

Because no two women are exactly alike, and no two garments fit quite the same, we’ve created this guide to help you find your best fit.

- All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards are delivered instantly via email, ready to forward or print.
- Valid for two years from purchase, but we doubt she’ll wait that long.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before your item ships - if you spot something amiss (like a wrong size or address typo) please email hello@hymm.au quickly. Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can process a return or exchange once it arrives.
